Bishop Gavin attended the re-dedication of the South Leigh bells after the tower won the Gold Award in the ODG Tower Maintenance Award Scheme thanks to the hard work and dedication of Steeple Keeper Martin Spurrier, who also won “Highly Commended” in the “Westley award for church bell maintenance and improvement 2021”.

Ringers from around the branch as well as Bicester branch joined in the celebration.
