With profound sadness, we must announce that Roger Barnes, Ducklington Tower Captain, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Thursday 30th June. Our love and condolences go to Margaret and their family.

Although Roger was a gifted ringer, conductor, teacher, and mentor to many ringers both inside and outside our branch, there was so much more to Roger than bell ringing. I would like to prepare a suitable obituary so if any of you have any memories or words you would like to share, please contact me.
